C-Serv is on the lookout for a skilled FP&A Manager to join our international client's finance team. Focused on driving financial excellence, this role will revolve around budgeting, forecasting, and providing comprehensive financial analyses to enhance decision-making processes. As the FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop actionable financial insights and strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess new opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Implement and improve financial reporting systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis on key initiatives and projects.
- Monitor business performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing financial expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant finance certification is a plus.
- Ideally qualified or part qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficient in financial modeling, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present financial insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience with financial software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
