About the role...

Are you an experienced Service Charge Accountant looking for your next challenge? Do you love helping clients with their challenges and supporting them as they grow their property businesses?

Our Service Charge team are looking to launch their offering in London and the South East, and we're currently seeking a Senior Manager to support their ambitions.

About the team...

Our Service Charge team cover a wide variety of properties, including residential, commercial and mixed-use. It's made up of people from a variety of backgrounds, several having worked within managing agents in the past, with a wealth of combined property expertise.

The team have built a strong presence within the Midlands, where we have been refining our delivery model and want your help to launch it into the London market.

About the day to day...

We are looking for a Service Charge Senior Manager with passion and drive to help take our business to the next level and beyond.

Being part of a team dedicated to delivering 1st class service in the CP way, you will work alongside our Senior Leadership team to grow our business and position the Service Charge team as a leader in its field, by;

  • Driving business development and exploring new opportunities to grow the CP business
  • Building strong relations internally and with clients, influencing across all levels with a collaborative approach
  • Using creative solutions to craft exceptional client experiences, delivering insight and driving continuous improvement
  • Someone who can bring their service charge experience into our leadership team to drive the future of the business with their ideas and energy
  • Supporting the development of other team members - lead, manage, coach and deliver feedback and act as a role model - bringing both the team and wider management group together to achieve success
  • Aligning with the CP Values and Culture and able to role model them consistently across our clients, targets and the team

This is a great opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience of service charge to work with our property team to build amazing relationships with new and existing clients to show them the CP difference!

About you...

  • Be an ACCA/ACA qualified with demonstrable experience of managing and delivering large client relationships
  • Have experience and a passion for business development and cultivating client relationships
  • Possess excellent technical, project management and delegation skills; a planned and organised approach to hit tight deadlines
  • Have the necessary experience in order to sign off Service Charge accounts as a RI
