Food and Beverage Operations Manager - Warrington

£35,000 per annum

Predominantly Monday - Friday between 7am and 5pm with occasional evening and weekend events

We are currently looking for an exceptional Food and Beverage Operations Manager for our team at Birchwood Park in Warrington.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

- Execute the delivery and running of the day to day service's.

- Ensure our vision, values 'Expect More' & brand promise are adhered to, leading and supporting all F&B Team Members.

- Ensure that Team Members deliver exceptional Customer Service in line with the 'Expect More' and strive to exceed customer's expectations.

- To develop standards of performance that ensure that the department is regularly checked and 'ready for business' e.g.: pre - open checks, mid shift checks, end of business checks and brand standards.
Monitor & Deliver financial performance for all areas of responsibility.

- Adhere to stock and cash targets set by the company, ensuring targets for food cost and Labour cost are met.

-Complete all compliance and audits as required.

-Adhere to company legislation, policies and procedures.

About you

• Hotel Background: Experience working in the hospitality industry, ideally in a management position.
• F&B Management Experience: Proven experience managing food and beverage operations, such as overseeing restaurants, bars, catering services, ensuring high standards of service and profitability.
• Meetings & Events Expertise: A solid track record in organising and managing events, such as conferences, corporate meetings, and other special occasions. Knowledge of logistics, client relations, and tailoring experiences to specific needs is crucial.
• Experience with Multi-Faceted Sites: Exposure to managing complex properties with multiple functions, such as conference spaces, dining areas and leisure facilities, with the ability to juggle various operational needs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
