Our extensive refurbishment programme includes expanding and upgrading the property to see it repositioned as one of the best hotels in Scotland and an international destination. Plans include new luxury woodland lodges, revitalised golf, spa & leisure facilities, and a refurbishment of our guestrooms and public spaces.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Food & Beverage Operations Manager will support the overall operations of the hotel's F&B outlets. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of all outlets while maintaining exceptional service and quality standards. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, fostering a strong team culture, and enhancing the guest experience through strategic leadership and hands-on management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the F&B Director in overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.
  • Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high service standards.
  • Implement and uphold SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Drive revenue growth through strong commercial acumen and effective cost control.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration across departments for a cohesive work environment.
  • Maintain high visibility as a leader, fostering an open-door policy and approachable management style.
  • Uphold health & safety, licensing, and compliance standards across all F&B operations.
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all F&B outlets to uphold luxury standards.
  • Analyse performance metrics (e.g., RPS, LQA, Forbes) and implement training to enhance service.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and a positive guest experience.

Key Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in F&B management within a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Strong commercial mindset with expertise in revenue management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, team development, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining high organisational standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong financial acumen.
