The Job Role

• F&B Manager of a busy, stylish events venue
• To lead the events and retail departments

The Requirements

• The F&B Manager will have a strong commercial hotel/venue/stadia background
• This role could suit a strong Assistant F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager or F&B Supervisor
• Comfortable managing a large team of F&B Assistants
• A team player who leads from the front.
