Electrician - Senior Supervisor

£48,000 - £53,000 per annum

Location: Kent and surrounding areas

Z-Tech, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As part of the Energy team, the Senior Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our UKPN project delivery within the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the electrical industry to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
• Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.

What we will need from you:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
