The Package
- £45,000 per annum

The Job Role
- Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across restaurant, bar, events, and banqueting departments
- Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, team training, and overall operational performance
- Manage labour, stock control, GP margins, and departmental budgets to maximise profitability
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across corporate, leisure, and wedding business streams
The Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating large teams
- Commercially aware with knowledge of stock control, labour management, and driving profitability
- Passionate about guest experience with excellent communication and organisational skills
