The Roundhouse F&B team is a dynamic team of individuals made up of casual and permanent team members. We are a fast paced team that adapts to the changing programme at the Roundhouse, every day brings a different challenge which makes it a really exciting place to work.

The Role
The F&B Manager will set the standards alongside the Senior Food & Beverage Managers, the F&B Manager will set the standards when managing the x team to fulfil the day to day requirements of the provision of food & beverage services across all areas of the Roundhouse.

The F&B Manager will also have customer service at the forefront of everything they deliver, carrying a keen commercial and staff motivational ability as well. They will maintain and update staff directories, and be a leading contact for both the large casual pool of F&B staff, but also the contracted Assistant Managers.

The F&B Manager will acquire, update, and monitor data needed for feeding back to the wider senior F&B team, including creating and maintaining trackers, and leading budget updates to Senior F&B Managers to ensure adjustments are made to keep cost of sale to a minimum.

They will duty manage both the venue bars and Roundhouse Bar & Cafe with the assistance of the Assistant F&B Managers, and Bar Supervisors, depending on organisational need.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £34,320 per annum
