The Package:

• Up to £45,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday working week, no weekends
• Predominately day shifts
• Career progression within an expanding group

The Job Role:

• Food and Beverage Manager to manage a high-volume restaurant
• To lead and develop a dedicated team
• To drive customer service within the team and achieve great guest satisfaction
• Providing exceptional service to high profile guests on a daily basis

The Requirements:

• The Food & Beverage manager must have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
• Proven ability to develop team members and improve guest satisfaction
• An experienced Food and Beverage Manger with a track record of dealing within a high-volume outlet
• You will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver all customers a memorable experience
• This role would suit an existing Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager within a high street restaurant or a hotel with high volume catering
