FM Engineering Ops Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Engineering Manager for our site based in Dagenham.

Key Tasks

• Manage client expectations and work requests in accordance to contract
• Prepare presentations to explain initiatives to clients and other continuous improvements
• Raise and manage all documentation required to enable project delivery and support progress through to completion
• Monitor all project delivery programmes and ensure all milestones are manage
• Prepare necessary reports/documentation from various process systems to support the business cycle of progress and financial reporting
• Attend all formal meetings with FM and Client to drive the process and business cycle reporting
• Prepare and manage critical communications to client
• Be the 'go to person' for all ad-hoc queries
• Provide a systemic approach to maintain compliance with client and CBRE policies
• Review all Standard Operating Processes and other relevant documentation affecting Ford operational delivery
