Pay Rate: £38,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 40 hours per week
Shift patterns: Two week rotation, AM & PM. AM shift: 07:00-15:00 (7am-3pm) and PM shift: 15:00-23:00 (3pm-11pm)

We're now looking for a Flow Room Manager to support automation and efficiencies with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) whilst encouraging and motivating a team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Team: Manage, coach and motivate a team of Flow Controllers
• Monitor and report across all automation screens and alerts taking necessary action
• Story-telling with data: provide reporting trends and statistics on performance
• Cross collaboration: engage and communicate with the customer, engineers, and operational colleagues

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have worked in a similar capacity and can demonstrate their knowledge of JDA, Korber or similar WMS/WCS and automation systems
• Are IT literate and can share their practical experience on how they've performed data retrieval and analysis
• Have the ability to tailor their communication style to the needs of the audience
• Are skilled at leading a team and providing staff care and support
