Qualifications

As a Department Manager you are responsible to deliver smooth operations to facilitate an inspirational customer environment in your store. Your contribution will actively drive sales & profit through you and your teams well executed store administrative and logistic commercial operations to enable an easy to shop and WOW store environment

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and analytical skills
• Proactive driver of sales by creating selling opportunities
• Strong fashion knowledge and garment presentation skills that drive the business forward
• Self-starter who can take own initiatives
• Strategically, tactically and operationally skilled
• Enjoys multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication with all members of the team in order to maximize productivity
• Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and professional way
• Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems constructively
• Experience in performance management
• Basic computer skills, such as browser navigation, software interaction and data entry
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Minimal travel required when necessary (i.e. Workshops)
