Location: Exeter (Opportunity of some remote working)
Salary: up to £70,000.00 per annum (OTE)

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales professional to drive sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and manage a significant portfolio of fleet customers across the UK. The role combines consultative sales, strategic account management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for developing fleet sales across the UK, managing key accounts, and identifying new high-value business opportunities. Acting as a trusted manager, you will provide expert consultancy on vehicle solutions, funding, and whole-life costs while consistently representing our culture of quality and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who combines experience, drive, and strong industry networks to help grow our multi-franchise van sales operation, who can demonstrate:
- Current access to a network of fleet operations
- Deliver fleet sales in line with company, manufacturer, and compliance standards
- Achieve quarterly and annual volume, revenue, and profitability targets
- Identify and convert new fleet opportunities while developing innovative routes to market
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 250-400 active fleet customers
- Provide expert consultancy on LCV solutions, whole-life costs, EV options, and emissions compliance
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, leasing companies, brokers, and finance partners
- Lead account planning, contract renewals, and framework agreements to drive retention and growth
- Work closely with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience
- Maintain strong governance across safety, FCA compliance, and fleet-related legislation
