Pay Rate: £31,650.87 plus a 15% weekend premium for hours worked Saturday & Sunday

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm plus two 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday

We are now looking for a First Line Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of daily warehouse activities.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to deliver excellent operational performance
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, following site procedures, risk assessments and compliance standards
• Allocate labour, manage workloads, and adjust priorities based on daily operational requirements
• Monitor productivity, quality and accuracy, taking proactive steps to address performance gaps
• Support colleague engagement, training and development, ensuring a positive team culture
• Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
