Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm
Location: Bury - Manchester

We are now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations while delivering excellent service and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, and stock control
• Ensure all operations are delivered in line with health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards
• Drive performance through effective planning, resource management, and colleague engagement
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using DHL Supply Chain principles
• Complete people management activities including performance reviews, absence management, and discipline where required

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or distribution environment - at least 2yrs experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and KPIs, ideally within FMCG or retail supply chain
• Confident leadership style with the ability to engage, coach, and develop people
• Good working knowledge of health & safety and food safety requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
