Pay Rate: £30,000-£32,000 per year depending on experience
Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working any 5 out of 7 (including weekends) rotating weekly shift pattern of 05:30-14:00 and 13:30-22:00
Location: Rugby, CV23

WHAT WE'RE RECRUITING

We're looking for a First Line Manager to lead from the front in our fast-paced, time-critical e-commerce warehouse - taking charge of large teams, driving performance, and make a real impact every shift. Because of our shift patterns, being based within easy reach of Rugby (CV23) is a real advantage - it helps ensure your travel is safe and possible at all hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Guide the Team: Oversee daily warehouse work and make sure everything runs well.
• Improve How We Work: Find better ways to boost speed and productivity in the warehouse.
• Keep Everyone Safe: Follow safety rules and create a secure place to work.
• Check Progress: Track results and look for ways to keep getting better.
• Work In Partnership: Create a team where people talk openly, take charge, and help each other.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience in fast-moving warehouses such as e-commerce, retail, or a similar industry.
• Able to show practical experience managing teams of 30+ people.
• Show strong teamwork and people skills, encouraging others and working well together.
• Ready to take on responsibility from day one, with support to help you succeed.
