First Line Manager - Training

Pay Rate: £30,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday - standard office hours
Location: Heathrow - TW6 2GA

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

We're seeking a Training First Line Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Plan training to meet demands of the cabin cleaning operation
• Liaise with Agency Partners to ensure recruitment pipeline, induction and training is a smooth process
• Ensure ID packs are compliance to CAA recruitment standard (part of managing administration team)
• Work with key on site stakeholders to ensure training planned is execute
• Ensure training is executed for new and existing colleagues

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Considerable Aviation training knowledge
• Proven development of a team and self
• Strong leadership and coaching with strong interpersonal skills
• A good understanding, knowledge and experience of Aviation Ground Handling
• Knowledge of Airlines and Airport Authority regulations
• Forward thinker and planner
• Excellent communication skills to communicate well at all levels

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

• Be able to provide five years address history
• Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• To obtain a full airside ID
