Pay Rate: £31,200 pa
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 out of 7 (14:00 - 22:00)
Location: M&S - Swindon (SN3 4TT)

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and progress of automation implementation.
- Oversee daily operations in the Flow Room, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage and support a team of operators, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
- Previous experience of preparation and distribution of volume orders
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well-received.
