We are seeking a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end CoC lifecycle and uphold the highest standards of compliance across our organisation. This leadership role calls for a strong, customer-focused manager who can ensure operational excellence while driving continuous improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

As the CoC Manager, First Line Manager you will provide clear direction and oversight for all aspects of CoC control, including secure storage, accurate data management, timely retrieval, and the delivery of flawless documentation to our customers. You will also take responsibility for airworthy stock accuracy and compliance, ensuring the integrity of all airworthiness records and maintaining full alignment between system data and physical stock to always guarantee audit-ready performance.

You will lead the continuous improvement agenda for the CoC process, influencing system developments, strengthening controls, and facilitating stakeholder forums to resolve issues and proactively mitigate risk. Your leadership will be central to maintaining compliance across the operation and ensuring our airworthiness stock meets regulatory and contractual requirements. In addition, you will be accountable for delivering clear, data-driven weekly compliance KPIs, giving senior stakeholders full visibility of performance and supporting confident, informed decision-making.

How you create impact

  • All QSHE 1A Checks completed as required for Level 1 Audit activities.
  • Be an Ambassador for Safety at all times.
  • Undertake Near Miss and Safety Concern Reporting and Progression as required.
  • Ensure all Accidents are reported to the Line Manager as required.
  • Undertake QSHE Investigations as required for safety compliance including root cause analysis, trend tracking and improvement plans.
  • Responsible for effective and efficient Operational Area Management as applicable.
  • Undertake Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Management.
  • Conduct Facilities reporting and escalation.
  • Conduct Management Briefs.
  • Lead end-to-end Certificate of Conformity (CoC) management, ensuring compliant storage, retrieval, and strong operational controls.
  • Drive CoC KPI performance, guaranteeing customers receive accurate documentation on time.
  • Develop and improve CoC processes and Work Instructions, creating efficient and scalable workflows.
  • Shape system enhancements, ensuring new capabilities strengthen CoC compliance and overall contract performance.
  • Oversee compliance with all airworthiness and quality standards across the Air Centre of Excellence.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all airworthiness stock, both physically and within systems.
  • Lead governance of system accuracy, ensuring data quality and stock records remain fully aligned.
