Shift patterns: Rotational, any 5 from 05:30 -14:00 and 13:30 - 22:00
Location: Welham Green, AL10 8XF

We're now looking for a Warehouse FLM to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
- To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
- Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI's
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Natural leadership abilities with excellent communication and team engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and general IT systems
- Minimum of 1 year's management experience within a warehouse environment
