Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 - 22:00 to 06:00
Location: Kettering, NN14 1UB

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate daily tasks ensuring goods are processed accurately and according to schedule.
• Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues from 10 to 100 people and managing their performance, attendance and training needs.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are met and compliant with safety regulations, conducting regular checks and audits.
• Track and report Key Performance indicators for individuals and departmentally for prodcutivity, accuracy and cost.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have prior managerial experience in a similar role
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
