Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs 7:00 to 16:00 and 7:00 to 13:00 Fri daytime fixed
Location: Belfast

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to plan, coordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing a safe operation and role model a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies takes place
• Communicate objectives and KPI's to your team, ensuring all colleagues within your area fully understand expectations
• Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established
• Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customer & our own internal processes.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Minimum 12 months warehouse operations experience
• Experience in team management
• IT literate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communicator - verbal and written
• Ability to manage change processes
• Conflict resolution
