A day in the life:
As a First Charge Mortgage Case Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Collaborating with industry experts, you'll build meaningful relationships and contribute to our shared mission of financial empowerment.
You'll be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high attention to detail and great people skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively managing a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion
- Fully reviewing new cases where customers have responded, accurately underwriting cases in accordance with lender criteria
- Processing and undertaking all necessary administrative work
- Corresponding both in writing and verbally with your customers throughout the process
- Requesting all required information from third parties e.g., mortgage companies, management companies, solicitors, accountants & surveyors

Role requirements:
Essential
- Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets
- Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment
- Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
- Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner
- Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies
- Experience in a busy environment
Desirable
- Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company
- Experience of processing in the first charge mortgage market
- Experience of processing in the first charge mortgage market
- Strong IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package
- Experience of working successfully in a team and also individually
- Experience of using bespoke software
