We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our existing experienced team.

The Junior Project Manager will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of project delivery. This role involves coordinating with various customer stakeholders, managing delivery deadlines, reporting and collaborating internally within the team as well as wider customers

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of program activities.
• Support & maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation and records including finances and forecasting
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other program materials.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to the program.
• Monitor program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support program operations.

Skills:
• Proven experience in a similar Program/Project administrative or support role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Awareness of project management software & processes
• Knowledge of MOD and Gov.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
