Description
We have an opportunity for a Financial Reporting and Analysis Senior to join our finance team in Edinburgh, as we enter our exciting next phase of growth.
This role is essential in supporting the finance function and wider strategic goals of the business. The successful individual will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to assist in strategic decisions making whilst also assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes across the group.

You'll spend your time:
- Developing and maintaining robust financial models to assist senior leadership in evaluating group performance and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
- Supporting and developing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting and analysis including but not limited to:
- Maintaining rolling forecast, adapting to a high-growth business
- Reviewing the impact of decisions on cashflow
- Collaborating and building relationships with divisional and regional leaders across the business to ensure alignment during budget and forecasting processes
- Supporting non-finance stakeholders in managing their cost budgets
- Supporting wider finance team to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing ad-hoc analysis to support in evaluating financial opportunities and risks
The key experience we're looking for:
- Commercially focused qualified accountant
- Excellent excel and modelling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
The following would be advantageous:
- Experience in manufacturing and/or SAAS background is desirable
- Experience of FP&A roles, preferably in a high-growth business or corporate finance environment
