Job description

We are evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies. The Group owns and operates internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green and we're looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A Manager) to join our team.

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team are responsible for forecasting, reporting and analysing Group performance covering the entire P&L, cash flow and initiatives. The FP&A function is a centralised function allowing visibility across the entire Group with a significant amount of exposure to senior stakeholders including the CFO.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the annual Budget and monthly re-forecasting process, co-ordinating several stakeholders

• Building and challenging budgets with non-financial stakeholders

• Providing ad hoc insight to identify risks and opportunities to the business plan

• Proactively leading and coaching the the Centre of Excellence (COE) in Manila to drive efficiencies

• Supporting ad hoc projects

• Challenging the status quo and bringing new ideas to the business

• Providing commercial insight to support business partner teams

• Advanced Excel modelling skills required to drive reporting framework across the Group

• Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team

• Excellent communication and business partnering skills and qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA (essential)

• Project management skills in co-ordinating information with numerous stakeholders and experience working a complex and changing environment

• Ability to create good working relationships with key internal financial and non-financial stakeholders

• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
