About the client....

Reckitt is a world leading consumer health & hygiene organisation and includes some iconic household name brands across its portfolio, including Durex, Finish, Strepsils, Dettol, Vanish, Enfamil, Nurofen and Gaviscon. Since 2010, Zenith has been one of Reckitt's global media agencies of record and our relationship spans global and local in-market assignments.

Globally our assignment covers advanced digital consultancy, including digital buying, eRetail and Commerce Media, technology, ad operations, Google Marketing Platform reseller services and multiple industry first initiatives aimed at delivering on the client's 2025 vision and beyond. We are also responsible for managing the global commercial engagement with Reckitt and are the lead agency for Publicis Groupe's overall services to Reckitt, including the Epsilon Customer Data Platform.

Locally, our in-market assignments span across the entire media landscape including TV, Print, Digital, Commerce and New- Age Platforms for the client's key markets including the US, UK, Australia, Germany and numerous other markets.

About the role....

We are looking for a Finance Ops Manager keen to come in and immediately make an impact. Confidence and the ability to motivate, educate and aid the development of the account is important. Whilst you will be well supported, you should have the desire to have ownership in your role and, and for the most part, have the ability to manage your workload autonomously.

Reckitt is a marquee Publicis Media account and a client with high expectations, demanding excellence, innovation and first class thinking. Responsibilities

About the work....

  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the finance processes and client-specific nuances (monthly reconciliation, billing deadlines, PO checks etc)
  • Ensure FinOps efficiency and effectiveness by improving existing processes with smarter ways of working, business dashboards and AI led initiatives
  • Keep the Finance Playbook up to date with best practices, processes, billing and booking information (e.g. correct supplier codes and names)
  • Lead the monthly digital media reconciliation process internally and with client, to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual billings & receivables calls with the local market and global clients
  • Run quarterly & annual costs review with Publicis invoicing, payments receivable and vendor management teams
  • Resolve all finance issues including rejected invoices, with the Finance team, vendors, client and internal teams
  • Own the resolution of ad-hoc requests related to reconciliation, SOA and billing

Qualifications

What you need to succeed....

  • Previous experience working in a finance operations role within digital media
  • Experience with a finance booking system is desirable
  • Ability to self-motivate and stick to regular deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of expertise, from executives to sr. leads
  • Comfortable with client communication and accomplished at expectation management
  • Ability to articulate finance issues and turn discussions to solutions
  • Familiar with large vendor platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, Snapchat) to check and pull invoices and to be able to pull raw data reports, check metric volumes and costs is desirable
  • Experienced with finance & dashboarding tools and has the eagerness to experiment with Ai initiatives
  • Self-disciplined with strong attention to detail, to ensure that budgets and bookings are correct
  • Comfortable handling large budgets in terms of accuracy and being able to understand data reports and identify discrepancies in data or compared to invoices
  • Ability to be able to put together written documentation on processes, to deliver training and ensure processes are standardised
