You'll be the driving force behind our UK team's financial planning and operations, making sure we deliver exceptional service without missing a beat.

Take ownership

As our Finance and Operations Manager for the UK, you'll be the key person connecting projects between our HQ team and UK partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll also oversee outsourcing contracts, including IT services with bunq BV.

• Improve, optimize, and automate processes to enhance user support.
• Track team performance using OKRs and KPIs to ensure we stay on budget.
• Plan operational workforce to ensure there are enough Superguides available to assist users.

This challenge is perfect for you if

• You have accounting, financial planning and workforce management skills.
• You have a solid understanding of our industry and are familiar with the business operations and regulations in banking/fintech.
• You know how to forecast and manage the workforce efficiently.
• You shine when managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and addressing operational issues as they arise.
• You can define and execute operations using both local and central processes.
• You are proficient in Google Suite and accounting software (e.g., Exact).
• You're an excellent communicator and speak English fluently.
