We're looking for a Finance Manager - UK & Ireland this is a key role within the UK&I leadership structure where you'll work closely with the Finance Director and senior leaders to strengthen reporting, improve financial insight, and support strategic decision-making. You'll lead the UK&I management accounts process, refine reporting standards, and ensure that financial information is clear, accurate and trusted across the business. As the UK&I business continues to grow, you'll help build the financial processes and discipline that support that growth.
You'll also lead a small team, supporting their development while ensuring the smooth delivery of month-end reporting, forecasting and financial analysis. While people leadership is important, this role would suit someone who is technically strong and ready to step into a management role, developing their leadership capability while remaining close to the detail.
In this role you'll:
- Take full ownership of management accounting and reporting across the UK & Ireland entities
- Deliver high-quality management account packs and financial analysis for senior leadership
- Lead and support the UK&I management accounting team
- Improve processes, strengthen controls and streamline month-end reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, audits and statutory accounts
- Cashflow reporting
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support financial performance
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong experience delivering management accounts and financial analysis
- Knowledge of balance sheet controls
- Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Power BI
- The confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and explain financial insight clearly
- A mindset focused on process improvement, quality and continuous improvement
