Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for a dynamic, high-growth platform. What you will do:

• Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles
• Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic financial planning
• Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and support cost optimization

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven experience in high-growth environments with strong Excel and data skills
