What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the Charge: Manage the Contract Support Function, ensuring smooth billing processes, efficient PO raising and approvals, and meticulous tracking.
- Ensuring Financial Integrity: Guarantee accurate billing and cost capture, safeguarding the financial health of our projects.
- Delivering Excellence: Produce timely and accurate internal and customer accounting and financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Championing Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of financial accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory, SOX, and CBRE policies and procedures.
- Driving Improvement: Develop and implement innovative financial and operational control processes, constantly seeking ways to optimize performance.
- Reporting on Success: Deliver insightful monthly management account reporting on business performance, providing a clear picture of our achievements.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
- SOX Control experience
- System transaction experience
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you're a natural at building relationships!
- A passion for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
