The job

PriceBeam is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving financial success, we would love to hear from you!

This exciting role encompasses (but not limited) to the following responsibilities:

  • Support the company's global growth from a finance and admin perspective
  • Drive and support financing activities, including capital raises
  • Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare and post monthly management accounts
  • Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the senior leadership team.
  • Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
  • Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
  • Leading the team responsible for statutory filing processes in UK and within global subsidiaries.

Job Requirements for Finance Manager at PriceBeam

Please ensure that the candidates for the Finance Manager role at PriceBeam meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Proven track record of financial management and reporting
