Overview

Leyton Group is a profitable group with Turnover of c450m€ and an international presence across Europe and North America. This role is responsible for markets with Revenue in excess of £60m.

Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of both the UK and US businesses, ensuring effective financial management / control, planning and analysis. This role is responsible for providing strategic insights, managing budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, delivering accurate financial reporting and ensuring strong controls on all aspects of the Finance function. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support decision-making, drive financial performance, and contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting skills, underpinned with a relevant Accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, financial analysis and budgeting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and to a strict deadline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective planning and organising skills, including time management, prioritisation of relevant and immediate tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, and advanced excel skills
  • In depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements including audit processes
  • Ability to communicate financial information and issues in plain English
  • Problem solving and decision making

The Package

£55,000+ salary + annual bonus 10-20%
