Fever-Tree is hiring an Events Manager to join our UK Marketing team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Events Manager to join the team at Fever-Tree as we continue on our mission to enhance all adult socialising occasions. In this role, you will manage the Fever-Tree events calendar; delivering 'best in class' bars and brand experiences at key consumer and trade events. It is a hands-on and operational role, ensuring flawless activation of Fever-Tree's presence at premium sporting events, as well as supporting other experiential activities throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Delivery
- Manage end-to-end execution of Fever-Tree bar activations at The Oval and other premium sports events.
- Lead the planning and execution of Fever-Tree's presence at trade shows
- Act as the main point of contact during events - both managing bar managers and troubleshooting issues.
- Oversee logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery to ensure a seamless, high quality experience for consumers and partners
- Handle venue liaison, permits, health & safety compliance, and risk assessments.
- Manage event timelines, staffing rotas, set-up, and breakdown efficiently.
Hospitality & Ticketing
- Co-ordinate ticket allocation, liaising with internal teams to ensure high utilisation.
- Ensure Fever-Tree is fully integrated into hospitality areas at key events to ensure seamless brand experience for those being hosted.
Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Work closely with rights holders, agencies, and production partners to ensure the Fever-Tree brand is executed in an impactful and premium way
- Ensure all brand guidelines are adhered to across all touchpoints.
Budget Management
- Track event spend and ensure the event activations are delivered within agreed budgets.
- Interrogating budgets and look at ways to drive efficiencies
- Process invoices, maintain accurate financial records so that you can report back to the business on a regular basis.
Skills required:
- 3-5 years experience in event management (consumer events preferred, ideally with bar management experience).
- Personable with strong commercial, organisational and time-management skills.
- Would thrive in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple projects at any one time and working independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexible to work evenings/weekends during event periods.
