Job Description

This role, reporting to the Head of Financial Integration for Group Finance, supports the integration of acquisitions and the separation of divestments.

This is a hybrid role and will require 2/3 days based in our London office.

This role co-ordinates the finance integration into Informa's reporting, policies and processes, by working closely with Group Corporate Development, the Divisional Finance Teams, SSC Integration and Group Finance colleagues.

Specific tasks will include:

  • Conduct high-level planning
  • Capture and report risks
  • Set up project reporting
  • Organise weekly cross finance workstream meetings, capturing actions and updating plans accordingly
  • Set out detailed planning, identifying milestones by workstream
  • Identify owners for each task
  • Manage cross workstream dependencies

The successful candidate will need to be able to manage across a number of projects, each with separate workstreams and their own resources and requirements. A strong ability to engage and communicate across a number of stakeholders and create strong, valued relationships is essential.

Qualifications

A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and certification in project management.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and experienced with working with Business partners at varying levels
  • IT confident, with experience of a number of systems
  • Worked within Group Finance of a Listed/Large Group Company environment
  • Strong developed networking skills
