Finance Data Lineage Director (AVP)

Glasgow

3252527

The Glasgow Finance Division helps senior management and its individual business units manage the Firm's risk by implementing financial controls over our business activities. The division is crucial to safeguarding the Firm's franchise, reporting on current performance, and evaluating business opportunities.

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to lead Lineage for the Finance Division. The successful candidate will oversee the co-ordination of all lineage deliverables across Finance, developing strong partnerships with Finance Systems Owners, Data Owners, Finance Data Governance leads, Finance Report owners and the Firmwide Data Office.

This is a growing team in Glasgow, presenting a great opportunity to help shape the function going forward. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of functions and products, and develop a network across Morgan Stanley, including global Finance, Technology, Operations and other business units. The successful candidate will have experience in managing stakeholders and working autonomously; experience of data lineage is not a prerequisite.
