  • 30 - 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Permanent
  • Reference: 0778
  • Required to start ideally by January 2025.
  • Are you a highly competent finance manager looking to broaden your experience?

  • Are you committed to the holistic development of some of the most disadvantaged young people in the region?
  • Do you want to be an integral part of one of the fastest growing education charities in East Anglia?

Lapwing continues to expand and strengthen its peripatetic Education Team across East Anglia and, as a result of recent growth, is looking to recruit a Finance and Compliance Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team and provide dedicated leadership and management oversight of Lapwing's finance and administration function. This is a brand-new role that has become necessary due to the continued expansion of the organisation.

Lapwing is a specialist therapeutic education provider and charity, working with young people (aged 4 - 25 years old) facing exclusion from education, employment and the community through social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties and disabilities. This role is for 30-37.5 hours per week (to be confirmed) for 52 weeks. The post will work out of Lapwing's head office in Martlesham Heath, Suffolk. Lapwing believe in a healthy work-life balance and expect senior leaders to model this to colleagues.
