As Finance & Administration Director, you will lead with vision and precision-steering financial strategy, strengthening governance, and streamlining processes that power sustainable business growth. As a strategic partner to the Managing Director and a key voice at the leadership table, you will play a central role in defining and delivering the local strategy. You'll champion cultural and operational transformation, spark cross functional collaboration, and foster strong cooperation across the wider corporate group.
In this role, you'll also lead the charge to standardise and optimise processes across the organisation-boosting efficiency, harmonisation, and a consistent, future ready way of working.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimise profitability and cash flow.
• Deliver clear, insightful financial reporting to the Managing Director and regional executive management
• Track and analyse non-financial KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility and effective resource allocation across all functions.
• Prepare statutory financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create and monitor incentive schemes for sales employees.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Oversee external audit processes and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness across finance and administrative operations.
• Lead and develop management functions in Customer Service, Credit Management, IT and Facilities
• Run major operational projects
• Collaborate with group-level stakeholders to align local strategies with global objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Senior-level experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within an international or matrix organisation.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, statutory reporting, and compliance management.
• Experience managing operational areas such as payroll, benefits, credit control, customer service, IT, and facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and ensuring adherence to local regulatory frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Experience driving organisational change and cultural transformation as part of a senior leadership team.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
• Experience with SAP or similar, ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
