To be successful in this role you must be able to work on your own initiative and be confident in your problem-solving ability. Occasionally you will be asked to prepare data and presentations for the wider business.

Responsibilities:

• Support the business in their requests for change and where applicable, managing this change end-to-end, through into deployment.
• Stakeholder management for Fieldglass functionality, promoting standardised solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Fieldglass processes, configuration and associated integrations.
• Ensuring the solution meets legal, regulatory, and evolving business requirements.
• Carrying out audits to assure adherence to Fieldglass policies around supplier onboarding, user access, change requests etc.
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

Essentials:

• Previous Fieldglass experience (as Administrator or a Senior User).
• Experience of working in a large complex organization.
• Problem solving and ownership skills.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management.
• Able to use data to achieve outputs and insights.
• Can lead knowledge transfer and upskill junior team members where appropriate.

Desirables:

• Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint and Excel).
• Able to manage and run small scale projects.
• Exposure to Product change management.
• Prior role in Fieldglass implementations.

You'll be based in one of our UK locations with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. As well as remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces and client sites, depending on the requirements of the role.
