Field Service Process & Systems Manager
This role is crucial for driving operational maturity and ensuring that our field service teams are equipped to deliver world-class service to our customers.

Your Role:

As the Field Service Process & Systems Manager, you will be at the heart of our Field Service Operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes and systems. Your mission is to manage the day-to-day functions of these processes, enhance operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across our global field service teams.

Here's How You Will Help:

  • Develop Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with regional business areas to gain acceptance for proposals and changes affecting end-to-end operational processes.
  • Analyze and Improve: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and present detailed reports on process enhancements.
  • Optimize Processes: Define and implement process optimization strategies across the field service operations team.
  • Promote Best Practices: Ensure the adoption and utilization of key field service systems, promoting the sharing and use of best practices.
  • Lead Initiatives: Champion and lead the adoption of SMA 2.0 and other operational excellence programs.
  • Customer Focus: Drive a customer-centric culture within on-site operations using data-driven approaches.
  • Review and Simplify: Regularly review operational performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and simplify processes.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide regional strategic direction and maintain oversight of all excellence programs, ensuring alignment with digital advances and business strategies.
  • Manage VTPS Program: Lead the VTPS Field Service operational excellence program, ensuring its implementation, performance, and customer adoption globally.

To Succeed You Need:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing dispersed teams in a technical service or equivalent position.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO9000, ISO14000, EHS management systems, and semiconductor industry practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative tools for process and organisational change management.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level and manage employee development and relations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, administrative, and customer-facing skills.
  • Multicultural Awareness: Ability to work, influence, and manage within multicultural environments.
  • VTPS Expertise: Understanding of VTPS/Shingo principles and development of excellence programs.
