Field Sales Manager (Agricultural Machinery) in Luton

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Pension, Company Vehicle, iPhone, iPad, Laptop, Life Assurance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm, plus some additional hours and weekend work as required due to seasonal demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and sell a range of premium brand agricultural machinery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote products.
• Provide feedback and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in agricultural machinery and farming practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Basic IT literacy.
• Full UK driving licence.
