In this role, you will:

  • Conduct regular field visits, in order to regularly provide field insights, feedback and reports to CD
  • This involves communicating with Member base frequently, focusing on business strategy and planning, including - sales and recruitment performance, identified member training needs, sales and recruiting tools and effective communication with members.
  • Intimate knowledge of Distributors practices and have the necessary relationship that allows open and honest communication
  • Knowledge of metrics, and ability to analyse relevant sales and DS statistics to identify strongest and weakest performing areas / gaps will ensure that the market duplicates sustainable and duplicable models
  • Conduct one to one meetings or organisation meetings with members, with the aim to add value to their business. Identify ideas to help the overall country with local events or local initiatives that are aligned with the leaders. Ability to decipher promotional ideas / initiatives from member metrics
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the members daily methods of operations and the way they conduct their businesses
  • Responsible for monthly Movers and Shakers report to support identifying pulse of the market
  • Lead and work with Committees to drive and influence sales initiatives, event content and agreed implementations.
  • Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely and effective manner - as agreed with CD
  • Attends monthly meetings / HOMs / other relevant local trainings as an Ambassador of the Company, as well as National, Regional and International events - as required
  • Learn and understand best practices, challenges and opportunities within the field, in order to promote and share where necessary, in line with growth agenda.
  • Continuously fostering sales activities and sales engagement

Our requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with substantial experience in data analysis and presenting data
  • Excellent MS Office literate (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Track record of growing business in a sales led environment
  • Organizing & promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences & masterclasses (preferable)
  • Managing budgets; market analysis; analyzing sales figures, etc.
  • Proven DS relationship / integration experience
  • Able to converse and present to all levels of senior management and distributors. Should be able to demonstrate through example, activities in previous roles that have involved the establishing of rapport and long term relationships with a variety of people in order to achieve common objectives
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Result oriented, works consistently to achieve established goals
  • Highly distributor/customer focused with proven experience in this field
  • Self-starter, motivated, organised, flexible, 'Can do' attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on weekends if required
