We have over 1,000 highly talented and supportive colleagues (and counting) across a number of regional offices in Ireland, the Netherlands and UK Day to day your role will involve: We are looking for a highly focused, friendly and driven field marketing manager for our rapidly growing security business. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality leads to the security sales team and liaise with sales to ensure marketing delivers leads that are converting. On a day to day basis you will work closely with the wider marketing teams on campaigns that will make an impact to our business.

Some of the things you'll do day to day are:
• Contribute to development and implementation of the field marketing strategy for security, working closely with the business development and sales teams to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation.
• Partner with sales to optimise lead progression and understand what's working and what's not.
• Manage and produce field programs and events (both online and in-person) with a heavy content angle, working with relevant team members and others across the group to deliver events like executive breakfasts/dinners, workshops, webinars, etc.
• Determine KPIs, oversee logistics from beginning to end, manage vendors locally, track budgets and expenses.
• Help build strategic target lists for invitation and drive promotion and outreach efforts pre/post event, including direct mail, email, ads, and more.
• Track, measure and communicate program results (using HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Ensure programs and event details are on brand, on message, and fit the Ekco brand story.
• Be a key point of contact for marketing within the security business.

To be successful in this role you'll need:
• A commercial / marketing / communication related Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role in an IT/Cloud/Security company
• Proven track record in executing campaigns, monitoring performance
• Budget planning and optimisation
• Experience with the MS Office applications

Bonus points if you have:
• HubSpot experience
• Lead routing and management experience
• Experience working with agencies
• Entrepreneurial skills with a strong ability to work independently
• A positive "can do" attitude with a genuine passion for marketing
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver deadline-based projects
