Overview

ABOUT THE TEAM....

At Team H&M, we manage full-funnel, cross-channel planning, activation and digital strategic development for H&M's Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic activity across 60 markets worldwide. Our team structure replicates a single-client agency set-up with three core functions: Strategy, Planning and Activation. With a total headcount of 52, we are based in three different offices: London (22), India (27) and New York (3), with all client leadership and strategy governance sitting in the London office.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE....

  • Maintain product feeds using the Product feed tool for assigned markets and accounts
  • Monitor product feed disapprovals and warning in the various platforms / channels to ensure feed compliance and accuracy + processing errors
  • Adjust feed attributes and changes to align with client objectives
  • Support line manager with product feeds audits to find opportunities and prevent issues for improved performance
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for activation and reporting purposes

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....

Feed Management and data handling

  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, regex, pivot tables, error troubleshooting).
  • Experience with feed management platforms (e.g. Productsup, Feedonomics, Rithum, Intelligent Reach.
  • Understanding of feed specs and schemas (Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, TikTok Catalog, Snapchat Catalog)
  • Ability to troubleshoot feed ingestion & processing errors (missing GTINs, disapproved products, availability mismatches, price errors).
  • Familiarity with file formats (CSV, TSV, XML, JSON) Advertising & Catalog Platforms

Working knowledge of

  • Google Merchant Center (product uploads, diagnostics, policy requirements).
  • Social CataloguesManager
  • Some Understanding how feeds power Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, Dynamic Product Ads, remarketing - nice to have

Quality Assurance & Optimization

  • Ability to apply data rules and mapping (e.g. auto-append brand, capitalize titles, standardize categories).
  • Understanding of taxonomy mapping (Google product taxonomy, custom categories).
  • Knowledge of product data policies (e.g. restricted items, price/availability sync requirements).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and UTM tracking for feed-driven campaign - nice to have
  • Ability to build QA reports to catch feed discrepancies (price mismatches, stock errors)

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Logical and analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with analytics and approach to problem solving mindset
