The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within full service hotels
• Excellent self management skills are a must for the successful Operations Manager
• The ability to make decisions under pressure
• The F&B Operations Manager must be organised and have strong leadership and communication skills
• Must have an engaging personality with plenty of energy

The Job Role

• F&B Operations Manager for a beautiful, unique, hotel with outbuildings
• F&B Operations manager responsible of managing the day to day operation of the hotel F&B operations
• To lead front of house and back of house F&B teams
• Drive guest satisfaction and service quality standards
