Qualifications

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Experience as a general manager, assistant manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisation
• A good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industry
• Minimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)
• A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
