We're an RCVS-accredited, supportive mixed practice in Southwest Cornwall. This senior role offers the chance to lead and shape our farm veterinary services, working closely with our Farm Practice Manager (Senior CD) and wider Clinical Director team.

Why this role?

  • Salary: £55,000-£70,000 DOE
  • Choose a 4- or 5-day (two half days) working week
  • Excellent 1:12 OOH rota (shared with equine)
  • Opportunity to develop leadership skills with structured mentoring if stepping up from a Clinical Lead role
  • Play a central role in developing progressive herd health planning and consultancy-led farm services
  • Lead on government OV work as Vet Services Manager
  • Novel charging structures to reflect the requirements of modern farm veterinary medicine.

About you

  • An experienced farm vet (MRCVS) with strong clinical skills
  • Passionate about proactive, high-quality farm vetting
  • Collaborative and supportive, with excellent communication skills
  • Keen to mentor and develop colleagues, from ATT's and vet techs to junior vets
  • Interested in leadership and clinical standards - whether you're already in a senior role or ready to take that step

What we offer

  • CD support within the practice and VetPartners
  • Flexible contracts to suit you (full-time, part-time, or progression plan)
  • Salary £55,000-£70,000 (DOE)
  • Relocation assistance package up to £8000
  • CPD: £1,750 and 5 days, or £2,500 and 8 days for cert holders, with further support for certificates and leadership training
