Family Engagement Manager (Scale 3)

As Family Engagement Manager you will manage the prison Visit Centre, in particular the family visit catering services, play sessions for children (facilitated during family visits) family-focused interventions e.g., homework clubs, special visits, themed family days. You will support families' access to secure video visits, liaising with colleagues in the Visits Centre.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving prisoners and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have the ability to contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in building partnerships with a range of agencies.
