The Role

The role of Facilities Manager is a key position within our Estates Team, this varied and interesting position is vital to the safe operation of our Aerodrome and newly opened Hotel, ensuring that estate facilities are maintained to a high standard and in accordance with regulatory bodies.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Management of the Company approved contractor system to include oversight and issue of the contractor permit to work process;

- Management of Airport facilities under contract to ensure legislative and statutory requirements are met;

- Working with the Head of Airport Operations and the Technical Services department to provide technical expertise and support as required;

The successful candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, with evidenced qualifications and experience in facility management software products. Including their use and implementation.
