Position: Facilities Manager
Location: Riverlight, SW11 8DX
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a deluxe riverside development in the heart of the Nine Elms regeneration site. Consisting of 812 apartments, Riverlight benefits from inner gardens, a private library, entertainment centre and a health centre, consisting of: pool, gym, and spa. Riverlight is easily accessible with Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park, Queenstown Road, Vauxhall, and Nine Elms stations all within 15min walking distance.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner:
- You will have experience working in a similar role, responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance and statutory compliance with good knowledge of building management systems.
- You have high level contractor management experience, managing a range of different contractors and specialist throughout the process and ensuring quality, value and deliverance.
- You have a proven track record managing building M&E / plant facilities with a core focus on hard services.
- You'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
- You will have experience as a direct line manager for a small team this includes performance management, recruitment, training, appraisals etc.
- You will be computer literate with experience working on BMS systems and general software's such as Microsoft packages etc.
- You will have demonstratable experience in supporting with onsite project management, this includes supervising contractors, reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, method statements etc.
- You'll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and ensure statutory compliance.
- You have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
- You have experience managing PPM's and any remedials as required.
- You have experience in coordinating any onsite reactive maintenance issues or emergencies, being organised, finding the best solutions with regards to quality, cost, overall performance.
- You'll have managed customers, assisting with queries and responding to any complaints.
- Preferably you will hold the NEBOSH qualification.
- Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
